The Cheerland Shenzhen CDMO Site (Plant 1) is located in the Cheerland Watson Center (Phase I).

• Area: ~29 acres, 10 buildings.
• Drug Substance (DS) capacity: total 424.5 kL, including 4 x 200L & 9 x 500L single use bioreactors; 12 x 5kL & 24 x 15kL stainless steel bioreactors; partially on-line in mid-2023, reaching full capacity by end of 2024.
• Drug Product (DP) capacity:
  • DP1: Liquid (0.1 – 50 ml)
  • DP2: Lyo (0.2 – 50ml)
  • DP3: PFS (0.1 – 10ml)
• Products: Majority capacity is for antibody and ADC drugs, with capacity for cell and gene technology (CGT) products also being built.
• GMP standards: Designed to meet the standards of ICH, FDA, EMA and NMPA.

CLB Shenzhen CDMO site

The Cheerland Shanghai CDMO Site (Plant 2) is located in the Baoshan MEDIPARK in Baoshan District, Shanghai.

• Area: ~20 acres, 14 buildings.
• DS Capacity: total 270 kL, including 18 x 15kL stainless steel bioreactors; partially on-line in mid-2023, reaching full capacity by end of 2024.
• DP Capacity:
  • DP1: Liquid (0.1 – 50 ml)
  • DP2: Lyo (0.2 – 50ml)
  • DP3: PFS (0.1 – 10ml)
